A wonderful top quality linen and silk fabric made in France for Lee Jofa, called Les Animaux d’Afrique (Animals of Africa).  Beautifully detailed elephants, galloping zebras, giraffes, hippopotamus, birds, leopards, ostriches, frogs, trees, and flowers are scattered all over the textile.  The background is a shimmering palm green, and the pattern is a subdued beige/gold; the fabric is medium weight, very tightly weaved, and shimmers softly.

OAC Colors: The background is a strong green, between oac103 and oac104 toned down with a shimmering beige/gold oac 841, which is also the color of the pattern.

This very durable fabric is suitable for upholstery use, as well as drapery, pillows, or any other home decor project.
