Here is a cotton and viscose Matelasse Embroidery made in England for Lee Jofa and called Scallop Matelasse, color Navy.  This fabric is heavy and suitable for upholstery, heavy drapes and any other home decor project.  It is a heavy duty fabric @ 20,000 Double Rubs rating.

Color:  The matelasse background is a navy blue: between oac341; the brown embroidered scallop pattern is close to oac689.  The first picture looks closest to the actual color on my monitor.  The other pictures are a bit light in color, but they depict well the texture and weight of the fabric.
