Here is a Cotton and Mohair velvet  made by Brunschwig & Fils in the Netherlands and called Savoy, color Navy.

This thick and luscious textile would fit an Art Deco or Moderne interior.  The color is a deep shimmering navy blue:

oac313 for the background, and a darker oac341 for the pattern, and interchanging depending on how the light hits this textile.
