Here is a top quality (creme de la creme!) Mohair Cut Velvet called Marlow Navarre, color Aubergine. This exquisite textile was made in Italy for Lee Jofa.
The depth of color and luscious hand are not fully rendered in the pictures. You really have to see this fabric to believe it! It retailed for $590 per yard, only through the design trade. Worldwide shipping will be the actual USPS rate, never do we add handling charges.
This fabric is suitable for upholstery and any other home decor project.
Colors: The First Picture renders best the depth of color on my monitor; the other pictures are a bit too burgundy red, but they are a good reference for the texture and sheen of the fabric.
The Pattern is a deep, dark, pigment saturated aubergine/purple, close to oac397; the background (lower pile) is a lighter shimmering lavender/purple, a little lighter than oac401.
