Here is a wonderful 100% cotton heavy duty chenille stripe called Sheffield Chenille, color Forest. It was made in Italy for Lee Jofa. The stripes are woven onto the chenille (please see pictures.) This is a heavy duty upholstery fabric and it can also be used for drapes, pillows, and any other home decor project.
The background is a deep, dark, pigment-saturated forest green; the stripes are a bright red (not hot pink), warm orange, slate blue and grey/green. The fabric is elegant and striking, the contrast between the bright colors and the deep forest green is very successfully achieved.
