Free shipping is within the continental USA only. If shipping internationally, please request invoice before purchasing this fabric. We will gladly send an adjusted invoice to include the actual USPS Priority Mail rate for your destination. No handling charge is ever added. The fabric will be gently folded, bagged, and boxed.
