Here is a stylish Art Nouveau circa 1910s Ceramic and Metal cake plate or trivet. The deep blue plate is decorated with daffodils and encased in metal. It seems a foot was originally attached to the center of the underside. However, the plate is stable on a flat surface and it can be used. An inscription “1912” can be seen on the plate’s underside. This is an elegant, useful, and highly decorative piece.

Dimensions: 12″ diameter.

Condition: Very light scratches on the vitreous ceramic plate consistent with age; no chips or deep scratches; excellent condition overall.
