Here is wonderful circa 1900 Arts and Crafts Art Nouveau Continental Oak Leather Library Armchair with turned front legs, a sweeping, generous slanted round back, and with wooden decorations on the arms.

There is deep warm patina on the oak wood.  This is a very comfortable armchair in a weathered distressed brown thick leather.  The seat is deep (24″) and has tied springs.

Condition: The oak frame is solid and stable.  The front right arm has a small piece of wood missing.  The leather shows wear with light scratches, and stains.  Overall, a welcoming warm old look.

Approximate Dimensions: 35.5″ overall height x 21.5″ wide x 28″ deep.  The seat height is 16.5″, its depth is 24″ and width: 21″.
