A stylish Art Nouveau Arts and Crafts Jugendstil Carafe / Decanter, circa 1900, by Carl Deffner Eislingen. This carafe is hammered brass with stylized Jugendstil decorations around its neck. The handle and cover pull are elegantly designed. It is marked (Carl Deffner Eislingen CDE) and #7 on its base. This is a great collection item.

This carafe has not been polished and retains its beautiful patina. Its inside is tinned and in good condition. Overall, the condition is very nice, with no bumps, and little wear. Please look at all of the pictures.

Approximate Dimensions: 14 3/4″ overall height x 6″ bottom diameter.

Condition: Good condition with nice patina and normal, light signs of age. As found, we have not polished it.
