Here is an exquisitely elegant Mahogany and Brass, circa 1900, Art Nouveau Jugendstil, Viennese (Austria) Stand.

Please note the typical high polish signature Viennese finish on this piece, a precursor of the Art Deco high gloss finish. This high style Jugendstil Viennese stand could accommodate a sculpture or lamp of distinction. It is a sturdy piece with triple turned brass legs and feet.

The condition is good, with some signs of light use and age; the stand is strong and stable. Please see the pictures.
